SPD is CINPAA Sports Professional Development Academy, a specialized arm within CINPAA based in Madrid. It develops professional programs for the Arab sports sector, drawing on Spanish expertise in sports management, sports law, governance, investment, marketing, events and professional visits.
Sports federations, clubs, government sports bodies, Olympic committees, academies, sports universities, training and human resources departments, sports leaders, and professionals and individuals seeking to advance their careers in the sports sector.
SPD draws on CINPAA’s existing academic partnerships in Spain, notably Universidad Camilo José Cela (UCJC) and ISDE Law & Business School. These partnerships are used according to each program’s nature and the institution’s needs, alongside partnerships and cooperation with sports federations, clubs and specialized institutions.
Programs are designed around each institution’s needs. They may take place in Spain, at the institution’s premises or in other agreed cities and countries. Some programs can also be delivered remotely or in a hybrid format. Events and professional visits are coordinated with the relevant organizations and according to delivery requirements.
We begin by understanding the institution’s needs, the program’s goals and participant profiles. We then develop a suitable proposal covering content, delivery format, duration, location and professional visits or meetings when needed. Program arrangements are coordinated according to each request and the relevant organizations.
There is no fixed cost or duration for all programs. Duration and cost vary according to participant numbers, delivery location, the level of customization, program type, professional visits and required services. After assessing the needs, we prepare a suitable proposal including financial and delivery details.
