An institutional bridge between European sports expertise and the Arab world
From Madrid, SPD works within CINPAA to combine advanced programme design, conferences and workshops, training-content development, and access to European knowledge networks for Arab sports institutions. Programmes can be organized in major Spanish cities, including Madrid and Barcelona, and in other cities worldwide on institutional request, according to the approved proposal.

CINPAA prides itself on its academic and professional relationships with leading European institutions, notably ISDE Law & Business School in Madrid, Camilo José Cela University (UCJC), and the SEK Educational Group.
Collaboration with LaLiga
LaLiga EA Sports is one of the prominent institutional partners of ISDE through the ISDE International Sports Convention, organized annually in Madrid with top club executives, sports federations, and sports technology and media companies.
This cooperation contributes to developing CINPAA’s programs in sports leadership, governance, and sports marketing, based on LaLiga’s experience in professional management and global sports marketing.
Collaboration with Barça Innovation Hub
Barça Innovation Hub is a global platform for R&D in sports performance, medicine, nutrition, technology, and club management. In partnership with ISDE, the center offers programs such as the Master’s in Sports Management & Legal Skills.
CINPAA utilizes this partnership to design training programs inspired by the best European practices in sports management and institutional innovation.

Language and delivery arrangements
Programmes may be delivered directly in Arabic or in another language with simultaneous Arabic interpretation, depending on the programme. The approved programme proposal confirms the delivery language, interpretation and logistical arrangements.
Field Application & Decision Making
Our programs integrate theory with visits to European sports decision-making institutions for direct observation.
Programme certificates and accreditation
Programme certificates are issued by the SPD Sports Professional Development Academy and CINPAA Training. Any additional academic or specialist accreditation, where applicable, is specific to the programme and its agreements and documents, and is stated in the approved proposal.
